It was great to learn all the great tricks. I knew about the concepts from art classes but never really transfered the ideas into tricks. I agree with you, we all live to die so nothing really matters, but it's what we do inbetween that makes a difference in our lives.

Yeah, I am from Hangzhou, China. Jean Kim is my classmate in iowa state university~she recommended the workshop to me. I am planning to apply the one in the August~I love the website. I found many useful stuff and hope to make some friends who care about hand drawings. My school does not teach many hand drawing skills but computer skills instead. It is great to know this workshop and meet people who love drawing. Hope to see you soon in the future!

Hey Mike, thanks for the great site. Its shaping up to be a really excellent resource. One thing I remember from the workshop that was really cool was your technique for drawing wooden furniture with really nice grain. I'd love to see a video on this. Keep up the good work!

Hi Mike! Yes I am going into my 3rd and final year at Fanshawe and will be doing the Las Vegas work shop in January this year. I am still in the process of registering for it. My first day is tomorrow and you cerntainly played a part in my hiring.
