Thanks Brian,

I only use Prismacolor Warm Gray 90% pencils for all of my B&W images...  I find that I can get a full range of tones without smearing..   The only down side of the Prismacolors is that they reformulated them several years ago and they now build up a waxy surface after several days which tends to grey out the darks.  I have to wipe the surface with a tissue or spray fix them to keep the full range of tones..

A wonderful concept study to an eventual beautiful hotel. Great stuff Bill! Are you using a 6B pencil?...Brian
