I will be happy to offer you some comments. You need more colors (yellow, red, orange and purple), foreground leaves on upper two corners are too dark, they take away your focal point. Perspective is off in scale as people should be much smaller toward building. Trees should be using leave languages. You should not color grass by the same value as it looks flat. It is harder to use Photoshop, easier on hand renderings. Hope these above comment helps. You may call me to get better ideas if you like.
