The traced drawing is then photocopied and rendered wt. marker and touch up with felt tip pen.Coloring selectively is to highlight the design intention and at the same time can save your precious minutes before the dateline.

This is a good drawing, however, the buildings should be colored (even with light colors) so the illustration will look more complete. I am sure you want to show the proposed design in the foreground, then you should not render the sky at all, so you only have the focal point rendered. Hope this help.
