Awesome drawings! This is such a fast way to communicate an idea.
As a landscape designer I use this technique a lot when I renovate the gardens of existing homes. I do the concept sketch on tracing paper over a color print out of the house. Sometimes you luck out and that sketch is telling enough to use as the presentation drawing.
