Adobe Photoshop CS4 vs. CS5

Getting ready to purchase either CS4 or CS5. Compared the two on paper, but don't really understand all of the features, as I am not the one doing the actual work. CS2 has been adequate, up till now. Anyone have a strong opinion on which is the best way to go? Quite a difference in price. If you need to see a pic of what we are doing, to tell me which is best, I can post an example. Looking for Draftsman - KC area

Needing draftsman in the KC area (just north of the river). Can be from any of the disciplines (architecture, interior design, urban planning, landscape), as long as they can do CAD.
