There are several ways to quickly set up a perspective or sketch.
1. Use a camera and take a picture of the site (assuming the space exists), when it is displayed on the computer screen, print it out and it is your instant perspective. Now you can trace over with existing features add new design concept.

To be very good in hand graphics, one must work hard, learn graphic tricks and copy other's drawings. If you don't believe you have talent in drawing, that is not a problem, but if you don't believe in yourself, then you have a big problem.
Remember, sketches by designers are only a process from ideas to finish, it is not a product like a painting that is done by artists. Therefore, designers don't need to draw well like artists. Now you know.

Getting ready to purchase either CS4 or CS5. Compared the two on paper, but don't really understand all of the features, as I am not the one doing the actual work. CS2 has been adequate, up till now. Anyone have a strong opinion on which is the best way to go? Quite a difference in price. If you need to see a pic of what we are doing, to tell me which is best, I can post an example.
